Before each session, hitters will be made aware or post session requirements (to speak into the camera).

After one hour, every hitter on your team will make one of the comments below ( or a comment with the same meaning, perhaps using different words).

*You did notice; it’s 9/10, not 10/10 for very solid reasons.

** It is not likely, but possible that one player on your squad will comment that they didn’t feel any effects. That like getting in the pool and saying you never got wet, but we will respect that input as well as any other feedback.
